The Supreme Court has today granted WOTCH an interim injunction over 'Funny' coupe, an area in Toolangi State Forest where several Greater Gliders were detected.

The Supreme Court has today ordered that VicForests halt logging in six coupes in Toolangi and Black Range State Forests, meaning 32 areas are now protected while our case proceeds.

Today the Supreme Court granted an injunction to protect another 13 logging coupes from destruction. This means a total of 26 areas of threatened species habitat are safe while our case is heard.
